Named after Plato's AkademΓ­a, the world's first gymnasium, where thinkers would converse, lecture, and train. A place where mind and body were never separate.

The Method

Training is treated as a discipline of study. Every class is intentionally planned and structured in accordance with our methodology. Training is deliberate, that is the Method.
