Method Academy
Named after Plato's Akademía, the world's first gymnasium, where thinkers would converse, lecture, and train. A place where mind and body were never separate.
The Method
Training is treated as a discipline of study. Every class is intentionally planned and structured in accordance with our methodology. Training is deliberate, that is the Method.
The Academy
A place where we "learn how to learn". We value curiosity and promote dialogue between one another to facilitate the exchange of ideas on our way towards mastery.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. 🎉 We're excited to officially celebrate the opening of Method Academy. Come meet the team, tour the academy, and celebrate with our community.
